Compliance & Administrative Services

The Affordable Care Act requires that applicable large employers (ALEs) provide minimum essential coverage  (MEC) to full-time eligible employees otherwise face a hefty penalty for non-compliance. Ensure that you comply with the Affordable Care Act by providing your full-time eligible employees with our Essential Medical Care (MEC) penalty "A" compliant solutions or our Minimum Value Plan (MVP) penalty "A" & "B" compliant plans.
